Food with the highest protein intake of the day. Add 250 mg of Vitamin C so the body can properly distribute the proteins which will be broken down throughout your day instead of stored at night.

Eggs, hearty cereals with nut milk. Low sugar is best in the morning and Chicory Coffee is ideal.

Blue Agave, Agave, would be the ideal sugar substitute for any Libra or those with the Mark of 22.

Avoid dairy if possible for six months. Add nuts with sea salt for snacks.

White, bleached, processed foods should be avoided for Healthy Aging.

Adding extra beta-carotene would be a great ideal as well.

2:00 P.M

Antioxidant snack of your choice. Pretzels with Sea Salt and Cantaloupe. Add a Flax Seed Supplement.

5:00 P.M.

Dinner should be the smallest meal of the day.

Lean protein, Fish, if meat is demanded. Red Meat should be avoided at all times, if possible. Small amounts of Unsaturated fats for the evening meal.

Fresh salad with homemade dressings is a great way to consume a great deal of the fresh herbs that you need. Use Grapeseed Oil, Olive Oil on your Salad and your skin.

Snack is fine, avoid junk food. Turmeric Nut Milk, Time-Released melatonin, Sleeping Mask and Princess Libra will be a finely tuned machine!
